I think they've gotten better cooks. Everything tasted much better this time. The prices are high for the amount of food you get.

As you can see, we came to the Ceres Panda Express AFTER the debacle at the one on Oakdale/ Scenic. We called first to make sure the Ceres location would be open and have seating available. The manager, Edaly (I hope I spelled it correctly). was very kind on the phone and in person! :) I'm not a big fan of Chinese food, and I used to only order the potstickers that Panda had (they no longer serve them). :( However, I recently tried their honey walnut shrimp, and Kung pao chicken, and they are both pretty good. When you ask for the food fresh, and tell them you're willing to wait, it is worth it, trust me. They had ALL of the seating available, it was very welcoming and pleasant. We used the app to earn points, and to utilize a coupon. It was not a problem. The employees were friendly, and worked hard to make sure all the customers were happy. They are open every night until 11:30pm. So, if you are hungry late at night, give them a try! We will definitely be back.
I came in and ordered two party trays. I expected to have to come back in an at least an hour since online it said it would be ready in 2.5 hours. However, I was pleasantly surprised when they got it ready in 15 min. Will be back!!
